Farewell Mr. Goose

Good bye my friend, there will never be another like you.

I remember the day you entered my life as a 10 month old ball of fire. Your breeder let you out of your kennel and you just flew to me knocking me on my butt and smothering me in kisses. I knew at that moment you were meant to be a part of our lives. You were the caretaker of the world.

When you were still less than 2 your big brother, Mickey went down with spinal disease. Mommy and Daddy were worried you would be too rowdy with him, but you never were. You went from a typical teenager to Nurse overnight. He first moved something, his tail,in a wag just for you. You would call Mommy at his slightest whimper.

I remember how you adopted stray kittens and turned me into a cat person.  I remember how you took your little sister Shadow under your wing and taught her all a Labby should know, how to con us into extra treats, just the right spot to sleep on the bed, and how to get out of trouble by demonstrating incredible cuteness. 

I will always love you!!
